Four Tips For Pet Influencers To Succeed in 2023

A new year is here and that means it’s time to plan and execute your 2023 strategy! We wanted to share our four tips for pet influencers in 2023.

Industry Numbers

The creator economy has grown exponentially. Since 2020, we have seen 165+ Million new creators. With more influencers than ever before, the influencer marketing industry is only going to continue growing in 2023. Globally, the influencer marketing industry was worth $16.4B in 2022—about an 18.1% increase from 2021.

Consumers have been preferring authentic content, and this is only becoming truer. Audiences truly prefer to see influencers promoting products they believe in and use. In fact, 83% of users were influenced to purchase products because of trending content.

Tips For Success

As seen in the economy and the above numbers, you may see differences in the industry from the past years. So, we want to give you these four for pet influencers to succeed in 2023..

1. Have a plan. A good idea is just that: an idea. But if you don’t know how to execute it, all of your hard work will be for nothing. Reach out to the Pets on Q team for assistance on your 2023 campaign plan.

2. Know your niche. If the market is saturated with influencers who are all trying to do the same thing as you, then you need to be different in some way so that consumers can find value in your product or service.

3. Think out your content to benefit your followers and make sure they feel like they’re getting something valuable out of their experience with you rather than just buying a product or service because it’s trendy at the moment.

4. Remember who your target audience really is! It’s easy to forget who you’re actually trying to connect with when you get caught up in trends or other influencers’ successes; however, if they aren’t interested in what you have to offer them then there’s no point in trying anyway!

Looking to monetize your page?

Pets on Q started as a management company, but now we have shifted gears. We are no longer focusing on exclusive management. This means we can work with even more influencers and bring them access to more opportunities! We want to be sure that all influencers in the pet space have the chance to see what we have to offer!

Booking Platform

So, to kick things off, we have taken many years of experience and poured all we know into the brand-new Pets on Q Booking Platform!  We created this with pet influencers in mind, to give them a way to partner with more brands and make more money.

Pets on Q started out because our founder Colleen wanted to change an industry. Now she has not only changed an industry, but revolutionized pet influencer marketing with the launch of this platform.

It is the only platform in the world with patent pending technology to help brands and pet influencers pair up on paid collaborations. The platform is faster and more efficient, taking out the guesswork on all sides.

With the Pets on Q proprietary algorithm, brands will see valuations based on quality follower count and engagement, not inflated numbers. And influencers will be able to negotiate rates and details with brands with confidence and ease.

Best of all, Pets on Q is not exclusive, so all pet influencers can have a manager or agent (or both) and still work with us, book campaigns and make money working through the Pets on Q Booking Platform!

If you are an influencer and you would like to apply to be on our roster so you can access all the opportunities the platform has to offer, please click HERE.
